Board informed homeowners that a punch list was given to Maronda Homes in December to finish the development of the common grounds around the loop. The response by Maronda Homes was very favorable. Maronda agreed to honor most of the requests.

Resolution: Homeowners will be allowed to erect storage sheds based on the following guidelines based on the agreement made between board members.
General - Framed (book Construction - no vinyl or sheet metal allowed The finish must be painted to mach color of back of house.
2. Maximum Dimensions - 11'-0" wide x 11'-0 long Floor to eave 10' - 6''
3. No wood floors. storage shed must be anchored to concrete pad 4 '' thick.
4. Windows are permitted - must match house windows. Flower boxes under windows are permitted
5. Roofs must be shingled
6. Front door maximum width 60 "
7. plumbing is not permitted
8. Cupolas, vents and weather vanes are permitted
9. Location of shed must be on back edge of property 10 feet from neighbors property line.
