Dear Neighbors,
In the next few weeks you will be receiving your invoice for year 2010 homeowner's dues. In light of the economic situation, lower home values and rising taxes in Orange Township and Delaware County, the Board unanimously decided to reduce the yearly homeowner's association dues for 2010 to $200 per year. This is a decrease of $40 from last year.
This site is locked down for authorized homeowners in Northpoint Meadows only, unfortunately we have received HUNDREDS of unauthorized users.
