Board asked for volunteers to chair committees. such as entertainment architectural and landscaping. Individuals who wish to organize block parties, community yard sales are welcome. It was discussed that if no volunteers step forward the board would have to handle everything.

Our roads are not wide enough for 2-way vehicle traffic and street parking. Each home has a garage and a driveway, which should easily accommodate the residents of each unit and their visitors. Vehicles in storage, unregistered vehicles and commercial vehicles in the neighborhood impacts property values negatively. Property owners, visitors and others must drive with caution in our neighborhood, being aware of pedestrians and children playing in the street.
